Homemade european pancakes (than means they’re kinda sweet) with caramel syrup. I added a pinch of cinnamon to the batter and… omnomnomnom! Perfect treat for breakfast or teatime :) Recipe: 95 gr all purpose flour 30 gr white sugar 1 egg A pinch of baking powder 1/2 glass of soy milk Mix together until the batter is smooth then voilà! Straight to the frying pan :)
